  • Check in for your return flight as soon as this becomes available.
  • Monitor your email and airline app regularly for important updates regarding your travel arrangements.

Travelling to or Connecting Through the UAE, Qatar, or Bahrain


  • Departing Within the Next 48 Hours : If you’re due to travel to or transit through the UAE, Qatar or Bahrain in the next 48 hours, our team is reviewing affected bookings in departure date order, and we’ll contact you directly to discuss your options.
  • **Departing After 48 Hours : ** If your trip is scheduled for later than this, there’s no need to contact us at this stage. If your booking becomes affected, we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
